Fury, 33, Flew over renowned American nutritionist George Lockhart to take care of his meals and keep him well-fueled for the punishing sessions.
And the former MMA fighter has revealed the WBC heavyweight champion’s daily diet.
For breakfast, Fury wolfs down a healthy version of a full English breakfast – which consists of scrambled eggs, low-oil-fried potatoes, avocado and black pudding.
Fish is on the menu for lunch, with Lockhart serving up Ghee-seared Salmon with spicy rice, raspberry salsa and a balsamic dressing.
For dinner, Fury enjoys an eight-hour-cooked barbeque beef brisket with a side of pickled cabbage.
If he gets peckish between meals, Fury will chow down a low-calorie greek yoghurt doused with nuts and berries.
Fury’s caloric intake pales in comparison to that of fellow Brit Anthony Joshua, who eats a jaw-dropping 5,500 calories on training days.
Lockhart told the Daily Mail: “A lot of people are shocked about this.
“People think he should be eating way more.
“He’s feeling great, he’s recovering quickly. That was a shocker for me, for a 6ft 9 heavyweight that’s highly active – I expected more as well.”
Fury’s nutrient-rich meals pack plenty of sodium to ensure he stays hydrated throughout the day.
But Lockhart insists the man-mountain could still perform at a high level in a fasted state.
He said: “Most guys that I work with, they’ll do a lifting session and the next day they’ll be lighter.

“Tyson will actually be heavier.
“Tyson’s more fat adaptive than he is carb adaptive; most fighters are more carb adaptive.
“When we did the 30lbs in 30 days, it was crazy, he could fast for two days and then do 20 rounds.
“Everyone in the gym would be like, ‘Bro, we’re done.’
“And he’d want to do more. It shows that he’s fat adaptive, he can keep going.
“For someone who is more carb-adaptive, they’ll look like a bodybuilder, once they’re low on carbs they’ll be getting the shakes, their mind is gone, they’re gone.”
He added: “He’s got a huge aerobic capacity, That’s one of the many things Tyson has in his arsenal. He really is one of a kind.”
