Posing on the edge of the pool, Helen smiled at the camera while wearing the black swimsuit with tie-briefs.
The former Blue Peter presenter had her blonde hair pulled up into a high ponytail and clutched a huge inflatable dolphin in one hand.
She also posted a sweet snap of herself gently pushing one of her sons in a giant rubber ring.
Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Helen – who appeared in the new series of Springtime On The Farm on Monday night – apologised for her “misshapen bits”.
She wrote: “In reality in a pool. On telly in a lambing shed @onthefarmc5 8pm this eve ❤️❤️ (excuse the misshapen bits that’s what babies do to you) #holidays #lambing #spring #holidays #poolday.”
Helen’s followers have been quick to comment on her holiday snap, with her famous pals leading the charge.
Actress Catherine Tyldesley told her: “Momma you look AMAZING xxxx.”
Celebs Go Dating star Anna Williamson added: “Incredible 🔥.”
The One Show’s Alex Jones also posted a string of ‘fire’ emojis.
One fan also told Helen: “BODY 😍😍😍 how did you only just have a baby wow.”
Another added: “No excuses required. You look amazing. Your body has produced three children and fed them. It’s your temple Helen and you really do look gorgeous.”
A third penned: “Misshapen bits”? Give yourself a slap, you look great!!”
Helen, who is married to rugby league star Richie Myler, gave birth to their daughter Elsie just after Christmas.
The couple are also parents to sons Ernie, six, and five-year-old Louis.
Just before Elsie was born, Helen was presenting Channel 5’s Live: Winter On The Farm and she could have gone into labour while the show was on air.
At the time, she had joked: “Both my sons were early so I certainly don’t want to be giving birth live on TV but it’s a risk I’m willing to take.
“If you are going to be going into labour on a farm at least you know you are in safe hands. The farmers have plenty of experience delivering babies.
“I know there’s a big difference between babies and lambs but it’s all the same principle. Although I did ask for Shona the vet to be in my rider!”
Thankfully, Helen made it through the mini-series without going into labour and gave birth to Elsie in an NHS hospital.
She later wrote on Instagram: “I am still failing to find appropriate words of thanks for our @nhsengland @nhsmillion …. legends the blooming lot of them.”
