Worksurfaces in the kitchen is covered with pans, plates, mugs and Tupperware.
And the chipped sink is filled with plastic bags.
Another room upstairs has dirty wooden floorboards and the walls and ceiling look damp.

The bathroom also has a dirty sink, a cluttered bath and a filthy shower.
And a separate toilet has half a roll of toilet paper dangling down.
The property will be sold at an online auction next month.
